Oxfordshire Social Services

Oxfordshire Social Services have developed a strategy to meet the needs of older people with learning disabilities and their family carers. They have developed a database and offer crisis plans to everyone living with a family carer over 65. An Information Directory has been developed for all family carers. Care Management support is being offered to families who want to use the parental home to provide accommodation in the future.
